of Using dn99d

This document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and dn99d ("Company", "we" or "platform"), operating under international licensing. These terms and conditions govern all aspects of using the dn99d website, accessible via dn99d.org and any related subdomains.

The dn99d platform provides online gambling services covering online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports betting and various table games to adult players who meet the set eligibility criteria. These services are offered for entertainment purposes only.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the dn99d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms contained in this document together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one active account at dn99d. Holding multiple accounts by a single individual is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any existing balances and bonuses.

Inaccurate or false information may cause account verification to fail and withdrawals to be delayed.

The minimum deposit for all payment methods available at dn99d is RM50. dn99d accepts deposits via the following methods:

• DuitNow — instant interbank transfers
• FPX (Online Banking) — including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and other Malaysian banking institutions
• ShopeePay — e-wallet via the Shopee ecosystem
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH accepted

Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and be owned by the account holder themselves. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) except for crypto deposits which will be converted at the current exchange rate. dn99d reserves the right to decline a deposit if there are doubts about the source of the funds.

The minimum withdrawal at dn99d is RM100. Withdrawal processing time typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the withdrawal method chosen and account verification requirements.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by dn99d management. You may not withdraw funds received from bonuses until the related wagering requirements have been fully met. Prize money obtained through bonuses is subject to review before being approved for withdrawal.

dn99d offers various promotional programmes and bonuses to eligible players. The Welcome Bonus gives a 120% first deposit bonus up to RM1,500, with a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM120 making your total balance RM220. Your wagering requirement is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200. If your deposit is RM2,600, the maximum bonus of RM1,500 is given making the balance RM4,100, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

All bonuses may only be used once and cannot be transferred between accounts. dn99d reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus programme at any time. The dn99d VIP Programme offers weekly cashback to loyal players based on three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold, with a cashback rate of up to 1.0% per week for Gold VIP holders.

All bets placed at dn99d are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring that bet details are accurate before final confirmation. Any bet placed using a bonus balance is subject to the wagering requirements stated in Clause 6.

For sports betting and esports betting, odds displayed are accurate at the time of display but may change before the bet is confirmed. dn99d reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets placed due to technical errors or inaccurate information, and in such situations, the stake will be fully refunded to the user's account.

For live casino games, game outcomes are determined by a certified and fair control system. Any connection disruption during a live casino game caused by a problem on dn99d's server will result in the bet being refunded. Disruptions caused by the user's own internet connection are outside dn99d's responsibility.

As a user of the dn99d platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
• Use the platform only for legitimate and responsible entertainment purposes.
• Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in your area of residence.
• Not use automated software, bots or any method that could compromise the integrity of the games.
• Not share your account or allow any other party to access your account.
• Notify dn99d if you suspect any suspicious activity in your account.

Users found to have breached the above responsibilities may face action including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dn99d platform and may result in immediate action against the account concerned:

• Opening more than one account for yourself or as a representative of another person.
• Exploiting any technical bugs, software errors or system vulnerabilities for unfair gain.
• Falsifying your identity or using another person's personal information.
• Committing payment fraud such as unauthorised chargebacks or fraudulent transactions.
• Placing bets on behalf of others for commission or personal gain (bet brokering).
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions.

dn99d reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from relevant authorities, or at the company's discretion for security reasons.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the dn99d support team. Prior to closure, any eligible cash balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Dn99d will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business disruption. The total liability of dn99d shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

dn99d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without any obligation to provide advance notice to users. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

You are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically. The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the current version in effect. Continued use of the dn99d platform after any amendment is considered your acceptance of the modified terms.
